Cottage Leccio has two entrances and is on two levels: on the ground floor, entrance and large kitchen; on the first floor there is a living room with a large fireplace with two side benches for pleasant and “warm” chat in front of the fire, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. An external staircase in Tuscan terracotta with terrace leads to the living room on the first floor. Outside, adjacent to the kitchen, a private gravel area houses a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and dinners. The rock walls are thick and the property is 600m high on sea level, fans are available but most of the time they are not needed.

Each one of the four cottages in the property has his private area with a table for breakfast, lunch or dinner, chairs and deck chairs. and a reserved private gazebo near the swimming pool with distances guaranteed. The cleaning process is extensive in order to protect from Covid-19, and we are also compliant to the new AirBnB’s advanced cleaning protocol.

At your convenience you have access to the 15×5 m swimming pool, the garden and the land around. There is a laundry in a building aside and plenty of room for parking. From the garden there is a breathtaking 180° view of the surrounding hills, covered with the vines where we produce Chianti Classico wine.
